Location
The Medical Library is on the ground floor in-between the two glass atriums.

Hours
The Medical Library is open Mon-Fri, 6:00 am- 6:00 pm. You will have access to the library 24 hours a day, but you may need to contact security x2445 to have them open the door outside normal business hours. The Medical Library monthly schedule is posted on the office door, and there is a drop off/pick up box for requests. There is also a book drop located inside the door to return materials.

Circulating Materials
HFM Associates and Volunteers may check out all materials in the library; items from the Reference Shelves require an in-person checkout to circulate and are for 24 hours.    All patrons need to fill out an application form with me prior to circulating materials. I need to register you in the circulation file.  The forms are available just outside the office door; I will also be happy to send them to you via email.

The HFHS Library Catalog is available for searching materials in all HFHS libraries.  This will link you to print materials, and to the large collection of Electronic Books available through the HFHS Library Network. 

Our book collection starts in the back of the room against the far wall.  There is a selection of Reference materials on shelves near the Library door.   The few hard copy print journal titles are on the shelves behind the computer stations. The vast majority of our journal titles are available online through the HFHS Sladen Library Journal List.

• Photocopy machine
• 9 computers (Internet access, Microsoft Office, Synapse, Cerner Powerchart available on all machines. Microsoft Access is available on the machines in the middle row)
